Nearby Chorlton is a haven for young professionals, has numerous delis, a vegan supermarket, The Odd Bar and the Lead Station and was once described by the Daily telegraph as being one of the coolest places to live in.

Getting into the city centre or Salford Quays couldn't be easier as there is a bus stop directly opposite the house, from which you can catch the No. 86 bus into Piccadily Gardens every 5 mins.

This property would suit those who like their own space but also the opportunity to socialise with others in the house, for example over a shared meal or chatting in the lounge.

The shared areas include a large kitchen/diner with cupboards, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge freezers, 2 x washing machines, plus pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.  There is also a large living room with sofas for relaxing with your housemates, Two large showers rooms fitted with walk-in showers.  There is access to the rear yard via the kitchen door as well as parking for about 6 cars.
